BVC is not just a place to get help for your dog. Its also a place for you to get peace of mind knowing your dog will be skillfully and compassionately cared for. I ask questions when I am there, admittedly too many questions but there is so much to learn about our dog Ash, and Melissa and Dr.Trevino are always super helpful and friendly. PaulC W1VLF

I can’t say enough about how compassionate everyone at this practice is . My dog had a scary reaction to a procedure and they kept me informed every step of the way . Dr Trevino went out of her way to do everything she could for my boy and in the end he’s doing great ! She and the staff are all compassionate, caring and that means the world to me as a pet owner .

We have been with the BVC for years. Travel +45 minute to see the fantastic staff and amazing Dr.Esherick. We have German Shepard with allergies. Surprise surprise! The care, compassion, time, and overall visit is well worth the drive, and wait time. Will you have to wait some visits longer than others? yes. However, Dr.E will spend time with you as well teaching, examining, and loving up on your puppers. Would you bring yourself to a doctor that spends 5 minutes with you and rushes out? Just like with humans, best of the best doctors are a rare find and may take some time to see. That’s what we have in Dr.E. & the BVC the rare diamond. We’re not giving them up for the world!’ Thank you for always taking care of US and our Puppers!

We've loved Burlington Vet Center since the day we brought our puppy in for his first check up. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very fair and reasonable. We credit Dr. Esherick for our boy's easy-going personality as he gave us excellent insight and recommendations for new puppy owners that helped us focus on the right training. Dr. Trevino is amazing as well and provided fantastic care to Reggie, especially as he neared the end of his life. After 11 years our boy passed away somewhat quickly and unexpectedly, and the outpouring of compassion and support from the entire team has completely blown us away. There's nowhere else we'll ever bring our future pets.

This was Severus and my first time going to the vet since I’ve had him. I worried about who to trust him with or if the facilities was adequate for his care. Burlington Veterinary Center far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Esherick and the staff made Severus and I feel welcome and very Comfortable! We are Thankful we found them!

Dr. Trevino and the staff at Burlington Vet take such wonderful care of my pet. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming — they make you and your pet feel right at home. The whole team works together like one big family, and it really shows in the way they care.

Dr. Trevino took amazing care of my older dog through surgery and healing. She went out of her way to talk me through the options, check in before surgery, and even personally reach out post surgery to make sure all was well. I had so many nerves about this procedure, and the staff put me right at ease. The level of quality care is off the charts here. Highly recommend, especially for more complicated matters, like surgery.

We unexpectedly lost our dog a few weeks ago and the level of compassion the entire team showed was unparalleled. The entire process was clearly designed to help us as we were grieving and it was clear that the entire staff loves animals. When they came to help us get him from the car to the clinic they were even petting him. Then we got a letter offering condolences 3 days later and after we received his ashes and paw prints, we got an unexpected plaque with his name and birth/death dates. While we aren’t quite ready to bring another dog into our family just yet, I won’t go anywhere else when we do.

This is a great office. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and passionate about animals. I brought my cat in for a physical and they took great care to address all his emotional and physical needs. He left the vet happy and calm as they did a great job of making him feel safe.

We have been with the Burlington Veterinary Center since 2012 when we brought our yellow lab puppy home. Our puppy is now 13 years old and we finally had the check-up I had been dreading...cancer, specifically mast cell tumors. Dr. Jensen, new to us and relatively new to the practice, was BEYOND amazing. She went above and beyond to communicate with us (despite me being super emotional and needing multiple conversations to fully understand what we were dealing with), took the absolute best care of our pup, was realistic with us about treatment plans that made sense given our dog's age, texted with us all weekend after her surgery, and her whole staff truly made us feel better - even when we panicked about her recovery at 4pm on a Friday before a long weekend and showed up at their door. I can never thank Burlington Veterinary Center enough for everything that they've done for us and our family!
